Following an evaluation of your current fitness and nutritional program, your personal trainer will modify or create a program to suit your individual needs and improve results.
PERSONAL ONE ON ONE TRAINING:
Your personal trainer will develop a complete personalized training program geared to your individual abilities and goals. Your trainer then accompanies you step by step through your workouts, adjusting your program as you progress.
Your personal trainer will take you and a friend or significant other through a workout program together, and teach you the fundamentals of exercise, and or body sculpting.
Your personal trainer will take you and up to 3 other individuals through a workout program together and teach you the fundamentals of exercise, and or body sculpting
Your personal trainer will come to your home to develop a personalized program using your own equipment, and/or equipment
that the personal trainer is able to travel with.
A personal trainer will come to your home and develop a fitness program that will work on the basic principles of physical fitness and
nutrition. The trainer will work on the specific and varied needs of the individual within the privacy of their home

Our FIT Camps are fun and full of creativity. Bringing together groups of like minded, spirited people working towards individual fitness goals. Our FIT Camps are for everyone of ALL fitness levels. Our FIT Camps are a combination of cardio, agility, balance, strength training and circuits. They take place outdoors or inside our studio depending on the season or
Yoga helps balance the mind, body and spirit. We promote the
practice of yoga for both physical fitness and spiritual growth. Yoga is an excellent way to a fitter, leaner body, increasing your flexibility & balance while reducing stress and tension.
We offer classes for all levels of yoga practitioners and invite
you to give us a try.

Some Sample Classes Will Include:
BOUNCE: A ball workout with fitness balls, kettle balls, medicine balls
POWERHOUSE CORE: A workout focusing on the core muscles of the body
JUMP ON BOARD: Step aerobic class
PUMP UP!: A class focusing on the arms
RECESS: A 45 Minute Class for busy moms
READY-SET-ROLL: A early morning class to get you moving
SCULPT FUSION: Full body sculpting, incorporating some stretching & cardio
ROCKY CHALLENGE: Stair workout/combined with arm sculpting
PADDLE BOARD FUSION: Learn to paddle board includes 1/2 hour of yoga
BOOTY CALL: Get the best booty on the planet

Looking to get away
on one of our FIT Retreats. We will do all the planning, cooking,
cleaning for you. We will also provide and lead daily workouts, a
healthy and nutritious meal plan, and options for spa treatments, fishing opportunities, hiking &
team building exercises (options are unlimited). The retreat can be held at your place or a north woods retreat.
This is a great option for bachlorette getaways, girls weekends, team building events, couples or business retreats. We can create a complete weekend or single day event based on your needs.
